Primary Purpose of the Job: Task is to produce product through cleaning and PVD processes in accordance with production work instructions.  Position requires mechanical set-ups to reduce machine downtime. 

 

Specific Duties:

Load and unload parts onto PVD fixturing.Run parts through cleaning system using the appropriate cleaning recipe.Stage parts for PVD chamber.Inspect parts in accordance with final inspection procedures.Package parts in approved packaging materialLabel package with defined information.Move product to shipping and receiving.Operators responsible for bead blasting PVD shielding for scheduled maintenance events.
