To strengthen our Digital Technology (DT) team, based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: DT Integration Solution Lead.
We are in search of a dynamic and self-motivated DT Integration Solution Lead to become a part of our DT team. The DT Integration Solution Lead is an essential role responsible for understanding and owning the Integration technology landscape, driving platform designs, configurations, architecture, and coordinating technical projects and teams. The ideal candidate will introduce best practices for ensuring technical excellence and serve as the primary point of contact for a pool of external technical resources. This role involves staying current with technology trends, driving innovation, and ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our technology landscape.
We operate in a context of Digital transformation with multiple cross-fertilization between Digital technologies. Being able to understand and advise on how Generative-AI, Data factories, APIs, … can contribute to Application integration is crucial.
Understanding the needs from all UCB stakeholders and external partners, across the entire value chain, is key to succeed in the setup of the right integration technologies.
Who you’ll work with
The DT integration team is responsible to enable key interfaces/data exchanges between UCB systems across the entire value chain and together with key external partners. By managing the integration technologies, the integration team is delivering crucial value for UCB domains (Research, supply change, corporate functions, compliance, commercial, …).
The UCB DT integration is organized as follows. The UCB internal employees are driving strategic decision, Platform ownership, operational excellence and demand management and prioritization. The actual delivery of these pillars is delivered by partnering with local and offshore partners. Each UCB employee is responsible to orchestrate (part) of the partners team to support each pillar : Platform architecture & Platform operations, Interfaces design and build, Interfaces operations.
What you’ll do
Own and oversee the complete Integration technology landscape (GoAnywhere, Boomi, Azure API Management, …).Drive platform designs, configurations, and architecture via the coordination of technical projectsAlign with stakeholders to understand their needs and build the technology roadmap accordingly.Introduce and implement best practices/patterns to ensure technical excellenceKeep abreast of technology trends and drive innovations in our IT environment.Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of our technology landscape.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in IT platform management, with proven experience in a consulting or equivalent roles.Strong knowledge and experience in IT architecture and system design with experience in integration platforms (iPaaS, API Management, …)Excellent leadership and strategic vision, technical roadmap definitionT-shaped profile, able to have the global picture but also able to deep dive into technical details.Experience or strong interest to work in a Pharma controlled environment.
