Job Title: Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Teacher
Location: School District of Beloit

Start Date: September 3, 2024
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $50 per hour
Job Description: The School District of Beloit isseeking passionate and dedicated Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Teachers to joinour team. We have openings at our middle school, Todd Elementary, and RobinsonElementary. As a DLI Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fosteringbilingualism, biliteracy, and multicultural competence among our students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the DLI program goals. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance the educational experience. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in dual language education.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching license. Bilingual Bicultural License (BCBL) required. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience in a dual language or bilingual education setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
