Summary:
This is an on-site position at the Gadsden, AL facility.
This position is responsible for supporting post-offer onboarding activities. This includes creating, maintaining, verifying, and organizing employee files, I-9s, and other documentation to ensure compliance with all EEO regulations. Assist with the completion of the onboarding checklist, while strictly adhering to all employment authorization guidelines in accordance with company and government regulations.
Responsibilities Include: Collect, review, upload policies, procedures, standards, templates and related KPIs. Assist and support with I-9 initiation, involuntary servitude interview, document verification, policy review & acceptance, and schedule orientation date. Conduct on-site virtual or in-person tours and orientations.
Support in the rescheduled new hire start dates or no-show situations.
Administering new hire paperwork to ensure completion/uploading of all required documents.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
Experience: 2+ years relevant work experience providing HR administrative support preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written communication interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Special Skills: Work requires continual attention to detail in composing typing proofing and analyzing materials. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Must maintain confidentiality.

Travel: 1-5 trips per year
