**Job Title: Duct Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Duct Installer to assist mechanics on new construction projects in Tallahassee. The primary role involves supporting ductwork installations, including sheet metal and duct installations. You will be working under the guidance of Mechanics and Superintendents to ensure the precise installation of ductwork according to blueprints. **_For quicker response email resume (Kgraf@aerotek.com)_** **Responsibilities** + Assist mechanics with ductwork and sheet metal installations. + Perform installations under the guidance of Mechanics and Superintendents. + Ensure accurate placement of ductwork as per blueprints. + Demonstrate urgency and eagerness to learn on the job. + Follow safety protocols and construction best practices. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in sheet metal/duct work. + Commercial and/or industrial experience. + Proficiency in reading and comprehending blueprints. + Experience with double-wall inner/stainless and outer galvanized duct. + Knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication. **Work Environment** This position involves working on new construction sites in Tallahassee. The work is hands-on and requires adherence to safety standards. You will be part of a collaborative team, working under the supervision of experienced Mechanics and Superintendents. The role demands precision in installation and the ability to work with various duct and sheet metal materials. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
