Due Diligence Practice Leader
Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a motivated Due Diligence Practice Leader to perform duties in support of the direction and vision of the environmental group in Dallas, TX! Our environmental experts and Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) provide effective site redevelopment and remediation solutions to a variety of private, commercial and governmental clients. In addition to remediation, our project managers possess decades of experience in permitting, water-resource management, wetlands and ecological studies, grants and funding, and litigation support. Responsibilities + Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products. + Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team. + Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team. + Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals. + Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required. + Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects. + Reviews monthly productivity and labor hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed. + Assigns projects to staff and schedules work. + Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy. Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in related field. + 10+ years in related field. + Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees. + Strategic thinking. + Effective delegation skills. + Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. + Ability to hold others accountable. + Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
