Maintain expectations for creating high quality and food safe products through compliance with regulatory requirements and by upholding a strong quality culture.
Ways you will make a difference
Adheres to all FPC established GMP’s.
Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to FPC safety methods.
Ensures a quality product through regular visual checks (i.e., cosmetic appearance)
Ensures hopper and/or scales are continuously filled with product.
Takes corrective action immediately if product is jammed in equipment.
Picks trays of products according to product date.
Retrieves trays of product from polishing room.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Back-up to Dumper in his/her absence: Dumper or Temporary Personnel.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
Ability to continuously lift up to 70 lbs of product.
Ability to read a limited number of two-and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Be at work as scheduled and in a timely manner.
Capable of understanding time tracking objectives with the ability to swipe into orders and perform other objectives of the system.
Maintains a clean and neat work area.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to work scheduled shift.
No prior experience or training needed.
Promotes teamwork, possess a good attitude, and exhibit flexibility and willingness to perform task as needed.
Ensures compliance with AIB, SQF, and other relevant standards.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and the noise level in the environment is loud.
