Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Dunkin' locations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations, driving sales, and leading a team to success. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen ability to maintain effective time management, and a passion for the Dunkin' brand.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Oversee the daily operations of multiple Dunkin' locations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
 • Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing marketing strategies and promoting new products.
 • Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure a high level of customer service and team performance.
 • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
 • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies.
 • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee development.
 • Collaborate with corporate teams on initiatives, promotions, and operational changes.

Qualifications:
 • 2-5 years of experience as a District Manager in the restaurant or retail industry, preferably with a franchise.
 • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
 • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
 • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and budget management.
 • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
 • Must be willing to travel within the designated district.
