As an Internal Communications Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate communications. This position provides brand-specific communications support for the Dunkin’ brand, including strategic and executive communications, supporting Inspire Brands’ corporate narrative and employee engagement initiatives. This position also will support content development and production of meetings, including in-person and Zoom events. This person will have the opportunity to support team engagement and culture-building activities for team members based out of the Boston Support Center in Canton, Ma. Working alongside our Dunkin’ Communication lead, you’ll develop essential skills in content creation, project management, and communication strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day internal communications activity, including drafting, designing, and distributing corporate communications materials.Coordinate logistics and prepare content for brand meetings and events 20%Amplify Dunkin’ news and initiatives internally in partnership with Enterprise Communications

Education Requirements:

Preferred - Recent graduate or anticipated graduate (December 2025) pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
