Dunning Officer in GCC Bucharest

What you do

Execute tasks and activities related to the Policy Management dunning process promptly and effectively. Follow up on aging debts to ensure timely collection and reduce overdue balances. Work as an integral member of the Dunning team, promoting a collaborative team environment. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall team performance. Contact clients to follow up on overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues. Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to test campaigns to validate new systems or process changes. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency. Handle second-level customer requests, providing detailed and accurate responses. Resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively. Ensure timely updates to contracts, including changes in addresses and clients' bank account numbers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records. Manage cash deposit refunds and minimum complement calls efficiently. Collaborate with the contract management team to apply profit sharing and other financial adjustments. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timelines to facilitate end markets' review and analysis. Ensure all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time. Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs. Monitor and report on performance metrics, taking corrective action as needed to meet targets. Regularly update internal procedures to reflect changes in operations or regulations. Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to updated procedures.

 

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in  dunning, customer accounting, or a related role within the insurance or financial services industry. Experience in using accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data and develop effective solutions. Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Integrity and Trust: Upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Team Player: Able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals. Time Management: Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
