Reporting to the Village Manager, this role is a permanent, salaried nightshift position offering $79,868.88 base + Super + Incentive bonus on a 14/7, Drive in/Drive Out roster. This role is responsible for the continual monitoring and inspection of Civeo’s guest accommodation, food & beverage, and surrounding areas throughout the Village.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a strict and professional relationship with Civeo employees, clients, and guests. To ensure all Civeo staff and village guests are adhering to the village Code of Conduct policy. To respond promptly to disturbance requests from Civeo staff and guests and conduct welfare checks at the request of the Village Management. To record any suspicious activity and notify Village Management. Assist Food & Beverage departments with various tasks including stocktaking, auditing, banking, and administration.To be successful, you will have:
Experience in a management or supervisory role within the commercial hospitality industry Certificate II in Security Operations (desirable) RSA certificate (RMLV preferred) Advanced First Aid certificate (desirable) Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Proof of working rights within Australia Current Driver’s Licence Remote work experience (highly regarded)What Civeo Can Offer You:
