Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Bogor, Indonesia. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our dedicated staff.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations during your shift, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departmentsEnsure the highest standards of customer service are maintained throughout the hotelLead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environmentHandle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfactionMonitor and maintain safety and security procedures for guests and staffOversee check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiriesManage inventory and supplies, ensuring cost-effective operationsPrepare and analyze daily reports on hotel performance metricsCollaborate with other department heads to streamline operations and improve overall efficiencyImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresAssist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industryBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Proven track record of exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience in team management and developmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAdvanced problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challengesProficiency in hotel management software systems, including Opera (preferred)Fluency in English and Bahasa IndonesiaCurrent C-Class Manual Driver's LicenseApproved Manager License and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtainFlexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressureDetail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanlinessStrong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics
