Manage and oversee all airside operations activities, including aircraft movement, ground handling, and ramp operations Develop and implement robust safety protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of safety and security on the airside Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize airside processes and enhance operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards, and lead the preparation for regulatory audits Provide leadership and guidance to the airside operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Proactively identify and address operational challenges to minimize disruptions and delays Participate in strategic planning for airside operations and contribute to the development of long-term operational initiatives Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard airside activities Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of airside infrastructure, equipment, and facilities Act as a liaison with air traffic control, airline partners, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate airside activities

Experience

8-10 years of experience in the airports industry Demonstrated track record of managing airside operations effectively Experience in implementing safety measures and ensuring regulatory compliance Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced airport environment

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or related field Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
