Duty Manager - AOCC
Resource Allocation - Ensure efficient and optimum utilization of airport resources (parking stands, boarding gates, check-in counters and baggage reclaim) based on the customer needs and to maximize asset utilization in a cost-effective manner during his/her shift duties.  To ensure correct and updated information display on Flight Information Display System (FIDS)/website for internal and external stakeholders/visitors/passengers during his/her shift duties. To ensure correct and updated flight status announcement for internal and external stakeholders/visitors/passengers during his/her shift duties.  Notification of adverse weather condition warning to all the airlines, Ground handlers, non-scheduled operators. Implementation of Low Visibility procedures during adverse weather condition. Regulatory Compliance/Requirement – Strict adherence to other government agencies/regulators. Notification in case of Emergencies - Ensure timely action for any emergency at the airport as laid down in the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP), Bomb Threat Contingency Plan (BTCP), Fire Strategy Plan and Aircraft Hijack Plan during the shift duties.  Special Projects/Initiatives – Support in driving Business Excellence programs in the areas of process excellence, energy saving initiatives, Business Continuity Management System, DA-CDM implementation, different ISO standards certifications, audits and implementation of audits point during his/her shift duties. Stakeholder Relationship – Effective coordination ground handlers and airlines, terminal operations, airside, aviation services, Project & Engineering for effective operation at the airport during shift Graduate/ Post Graduate in relevant field with Masters in Aviation Management. Minimum 7 years working experience in comparable position with knowledge of Airport Operations.
