**DX Pipefitter** Round Rock, TX **Job Description** We are seeking individuals experienced with copper brazing and refrigeration line installation on VRF and DX HVAC Systems for immediate work throughout the Austin, TX area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow! **Responsibilities** + Install copper refrigeration piping in a commercial construction setting. + Perform HVAC installation, pipe installation, threading, fitting, and plumbing. + Install, repair, maintain, and test various lines used for HVAC/Refrigeration equipment in accordance with local and state codes. + Proficiently use power tools and acetylene torches for brazing and soldering copper refrigeration lines. + Test, purge, and repair refrigeration lines. + Create pipe system layouts, supports, and interpret blueprints. **Essential Skills** + 2-5+ years of recent verifiable experience as a DX pipefitter in a commercial construction setting. + Proficiency with brazing and soldering copper refrigeration lines. + Proficiency with testing, purging, and repairing refrigeration lines. + Excellent use of power tools, acetylene torches, etc. + Proficiency with pipe system layouts, supports, and blueprint interpretation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of mechanical heating and air conditioning piping systems. + OSHA 10 certification required on some jobsites. **Why Work Here?** We offer a temp-to-hire position with full benefits and PTO once converted to full-time.
