Job Description

The candidate in this position will set up and operate an ink roller, also commonly known as a silk screen printer. The operator will mix and blend colors, monitor the machine, and complete changeovers. This candidate will start in the screen printing area and will be trained in various areas such as running a litho/offset machine or stamping machines. Materials run on the machine include stainless steel, aluminum, poly-carbon, and polyester.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate an ink roller/silk screen printer.Mix and blend colors to achieve desired shades.Monitor the machine's performance and complete necessary changeovers.Start with single color jobs and progress to multi-color jobs after mastering single color operations.Perform color matching and quality inspections.Consistently move materials back and forth, which requires being on your feet and may involve physical activity.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
