Description In this role, you will be expected to work closely with our finance and operations teams, offering expertise in implementing and supporting D365 solutions. You will be instrumental in extracting valuable insights from our D365 data and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance requirements • Analyze D365 data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks • Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights • Ensure D365 data integrity and accuracy to meet compliance standards • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures • Document and maintain relevant documentation for audits and reviews • Identify and address inefficiencies in our D365 processes, particularly related to AP workflows and purchase orders • Implement best practices and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with project teams to implement new D365 features or integrations • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization • Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions Requirements • Proven experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant in the manufacturing industry for a minimum of 7 years • Proficiency in cloud technologies • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with CRM systems • Extensive understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Expertise in configuration management • Experience with D365 is a must • Strong understanding of integration principles • Proficiency in Power BI • Strong data analysis skills • Excellent documentation skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
