Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an experienced ERP Integration Manager in New Brighton, Minnesota. This role is pivotal within our service industry operations and requires an individual who can effectively manage customer applications, maintain accurate customer records, and address customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. • Establish and optimize intricate workflows and automation processes using Microsoft Power Automate. • Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Power Apps according to project requirements. • Work closely with accounting and finance teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software version control, CI/CD pipelines, and other project management tasks using Azure DevOps. • Ensure all development aligns with best practices and organizational goals. Requirements • Applicants should possess a strong working knowledge of PowerApps. • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is required for this role. • Proficiency in Azure DevOps is essential. • The candidate should have a background in the service industry. • A deep understanding of ERP systems and their integrations is required. • The role demands excellent project management skills to oversee ERP integration projects. • Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills to handle any issues that may arise during ERP integration. • Excellent communication skills are required to liaise between different teams and stakeholders. • The applicant should be familiar with the latest industry trends and be able to implement them in ERP integration processes. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team is essential for this role. • Candidates should have a thorough understanding of business processes and how they align with ERP systems.
