Stoneridge Software is looking for a driven & self-motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Executive to join our growing team! As a Sales Executive at Stoneridge Software, you will be responsible for managing and running the entire sales cycles specifically for Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions. To be a successful in this role, you must love building relationships with clients and identifying possible opportunities within the market.  If you are experienced in CRM systems and are looking for a fun & flexible company that will invest in, you then this position is for you! A Day in the LifeDevelop and maintain an understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications, Modern Work, and Data/AI market to include key competitors, ISVs, and industry trendsIndustry expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Retail and/or medical deviceDocument, understand, and communicate the buying process by developing a mutual plan for clientsCreate and communicate the mutual plan with the prospect and internal teamManage project estimate and scope by working with delivery counterparts Perform contract negotiation and manage redline processAdminister detailed contract management for all clients and prospects including but not limited to the SOW, MSA, referral agreements, mutual non-disclosures, and support agreementsEnsure timely and accurate data is maintained on all leads, opportunities, accounts and contactsManage sales opportunities for new and existing clients that include software, consulting services, and support servicesIdentify and qualify the opportunities and clients that fit the Stoneridge valuesCreate and maintain strategic relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidanceCollaborate effectively with all internal resources (ie. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field4+ years of Consulting Services Sales experience in ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and Tech Services solutions Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics solutions Excellent communication and presentation skillsSkilled in utilizing various presentation software to effectively communicate ideas and strategies Demonstrates experience in developing and executing implementation methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of negotiation strategies and marketing principlesProven ability to negotiate and close deals successfullyExpertise in managing and optimizing the sales process from lead generation to closingTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExtensive experience in selling IT consulting servicesSkilled in preparing comprehensive and compelling proposalsAbility to deliver impactful presentations to executive audiencesDemonstrates ability to adapt to changing environments and requirementsAbility to communicate effectively in both spoken and written EnglishExhibits Stoneridge Software's Core Values of Integrity, Technical Excellence, Tenacity, Client Centric, and Enjoy your WorkCommunicates effectively, actively listens and involves others and ensures messages are clearly conveyedEmbraces change with positivity, showing flexibility and adaptabilityAbility to work effectively in a team, fostering cooperation and inclusivity

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).  Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

CompensationOur philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance.  Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $143,800 - $193,400Canada (CAD): C$125,600 - C$162,100
