Description We are in search of a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in modifying and enhancing a popular CRM platform to meet our unique business needs. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions while adhering to best practices within the CRM landscape. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with teams to define requirements and draft functional specifications for system customizations. • Perform tasks on the CRM system (Dynamics 365 business central), including creating custom entities, designing forms, and managing data imports/exports. • Take charge of the maintenance and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, as well as updating them as necessary. • Develop comprehensive system documentation such as guides, manuals, and updates to promote knowledge sharing across the team. • Carry out system testing to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability. • Support data migration initiatives, maintaining data accuracy and integrity. • Provide technical support and training to end users to facilitate adoption and ease of use. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and CRM platform updates to suggest potential enhancements. • Contribute to customizing and configuring the system to support our internal technology initiatives. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or in a similar role is required • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is necessary • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is needed • Strong knowledge of products and platforms from a well-known software company is essential • Experience in API Development is required • Skills in handling Business Process Functions and creating Business Requirement Documents are needed • Proficiency in Configuration Management and Dynamic CRM is a plus • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM is required • Experience in PowerApps and JavaScript is necessary • Proficiency in C Sharp Programming (C#) is essential • Experience in Application Configuration and understanding User Requirements is a plus • Knowledge of HTML and SQL is required • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is necessary • Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps is required Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
