Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Visual Studio, .NET, CXOne, Azure Functions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience on MSD with CxOne embedded app for both Softphone and Live Chat.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction. Own end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality. Collaborate with peer teams, on shore development lead and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production. Work collaboratively and effectively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to. Assess opportunities for platform or application and process improvements. Experience in Dynamics 365 development experience Hands on C .Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms. Experience on MSD with CxOne embedded app Both Softphone and Live Chat Experience in Azure Functions development experience. Utilize and build RESTful and SOA backend services. Communicate effectively with team members and team lead. Application resiliency, scalability and performance design. Quick prototyping skills leveraging Visual Studio and or other tools to create stub services etc.

Qualifications:

Experience in Dynamics 365 development Experience in C# .Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms. Experience on MSD with CxOne embedded app Both Softphone and Live Chat Experience in Azure Functions development experience. Utilize and build RESTful and SOA backend services. Development Experience in PCF Component

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 02/13/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between [$49,001] - [$107,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
