Exciting Opportunity: Business Services Group Lead (Dynamics 365 Specialist)
Location: Stockholm (Hybrid work possible)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
Our client is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its global operations, including a new integration platform that connects with systems like PLM, Web, and Power BI. This multi-phase program involves:
* Phase 1: Selection of technology and implementation partners (Completed)
* Phase 2: Design and delivery of global templates with localizations
* Phase 3: Global rollouts to legal entities
* Support: Comprehensive application support post-go-live
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements:
* Collect and analyze business requirements
* Perform GAP/Fit analysis and discuss best-fit solutions with stakeholders
* Lead sign-off processes and prioritize requirements
Design:
* Lead solution design activities, considering cross-functional impacts
* Apply industry best practices
* Obtain design sign-offs from stakeholders
Data Management:
* Understand and map data requirements
* Assist in data migration activities
Configuration and Development:
* Configure D365 and coordinate with the delivery team
* Document configurations and explain solutions to the development team
* Review developed solutions and perform testing
Testing:
* Identify test scenarios, perform unit, regression, and system integration testing
* Assist in user acceptance testing and resolve defects
Training:
* Contribute to training strategy and prepare training materials
* Conduct necessary training sessions
Go-Live:
* Provide input for cut-over planning
* Lead go-live activities within the role's scope
Maintenance & Support:
* Engage in maintenance and support activities
* Manage incidents, problems, service, and change requests
Process Adherence:
* Follow project methodologies and management processes
* Align with project managers for time planning and task execution
Stakeholder Management:
* Participate in project forums and manage stakeholder requirements
Hands-On Approach:
* Engage deeply with business processes in various domains such as sales, order management, pricing, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, and financial management
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Expertise in sales, order management, procurement, and manufacturing
* Experience with large, complex D365 ERP projects and support
* Proficiency in data migration and integrations
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, HP ALM, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
* Strong collaboration and workshop leadership skills
* Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
* Experience in B2B organizations is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish and other languages are advantageous)
