Perform risk management to minimize risks and help resolve project issues in a timely mannerRequired Skills:12-15 years overall experience with 8 years of project/program management experience, with experience managing End-to-End D365 CE implementation projects
Sound project management experience and ability to develop project plans, monitor and track progress using appropriate project management tools and techniquesShould possess knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM D365 in multiple areas- Sales (primary), and supplementary- Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service
Excellent client-facing and communication skills- written and verbal
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
