Description We are on the lookout for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to be a part of our team situated in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with the responsibility of managing customer inquiries, ensuring the maintenance of precise customer records, and processing customer applications with utmost accuracy. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries related to Dynamic CRM • Accurately process customer applications associated with Dynamics 365 solutions • Ensure the management and update of customer records in Dynamics 365 • Monitor customer accounts within Dynamics 365 and take necessary actions • Implement Dynamic CRM skills to optimize customer interaction and service • Contribute to team efforts in maintaining a smooth workflow in Dynamics 365 operations • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in customer records • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Utilize Dynamics 365 platform to streamline customer service processes • Continuously update knowledge and skills related to Dynamics 365 and Dynamic CRM. Requirements • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, core modules, and technologies. • Proficiency in architecting and deploying high-volume, high-availability applications on the Dynamics 365 platform. • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. • Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft technologies would be advantageous.
