Job Title: Dynamics 365 Tech Lead

Expert Skills:D365 CRM CE, C#, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power pages, Custom Pages, Flows)

Responsibilities Perform coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and maintenance on Dynamics applications Hands on experience in writing Plugin, API, JavaScript, Azure functions, Azure Servers, Power Automate, Portal experience Collaborate with multi-functional teams to collect requirements, analyze system capabilities, and propose innovative solutions. Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. Lead all aspects of the integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical mentorship and support to development teams in the deployment of cloud services. Supervise and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure. Develop and maintain documentation for cloud-based solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with security policies and standard methodologies in the deployment and management of cloud services. Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement required changes. Lead the evaluation and selection of new cloud technologies and tools to improve the company cloud capabilities. Deliver training and support to internal teams on the use and management of cloud-based applications. Participate in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud services. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Supply to the continuous improvement of cloud processes and practices to drive efficiency and innovation. Qualifications Possess a demonstrated ability in cloud engineering with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 7+ years. Demonstrate deep technical skills in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. Exhibit proficiency in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems. Showcase experience in supervising and optimizing cloud application performance. Have a solid understanding of cloud security policies and standard processes. Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues. Show experience in developing and maintaining user documentation. Be capable of evaluating and selecting new cloud technologies and tools. Have good interpersonal skills to deliver training and support to internal teams. Demonstrate knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Stay ahead of with advancements in cloud computing and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Be able to work closely in a hybrid work environment. Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement in cloud processes and practices. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this role is between $49,000 to $107,00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This job is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
