Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a highly skilled D365 Implementation Lead and Product Owner to manage an upcoming ERP transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of financial and operational systems across the organization.
Overview:
The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth migration, driving alignment and adoption throughout the business. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions within D365 while navigating the needs of a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Beyond overseeing project execution, this role will also be responsible for the strategic product roadmap, ensuring maximum business value and user adoption. Acting as a key liaison between various business units and technical teams, the goal is to deliver a successful, integrated ERP platform.
Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives
* Lead the end-to-end transition from QuickBooks to D365, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, training, and post-deployment support
* Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to capture business needs and configure D365 to meet requirements
* Collaborate with other business units to leverage best practices from other D365 implementations
* Identify and prioritize new features and enhancements to optimize the D365 environment and business processes
* Serve as a key D365 expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders during design, change management, and adoption phases
* Oversee change management efforts, including communications, training, and documentation, to ensure seamless adoption
