E-2/C-2 Program Manager
Title: E-2/C-2 Program Manager Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! KBR is seeking an E-2 / C-2 Program Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the E-2 and C-2 training infrastructure. This includes full life-cycle management of all E-2 and C-2 training products including development, integration, test, sustainment, and disposal. This is a full-time position located in Orlando, Florida. Role and Responsibilities: + The selected candidate will lead and supervise a diverse group of KBR engineers, analysts, logisticians, technicians, test and evaluation, and training personnel + Specific program management tasks for KBR and subcontractor personnel include technical interface with key government customers, developing and delivering required CDRL’s, financial, technical and personnel management. + Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. + Interfaces regularly with a variety of government technical and senior program personnel to ensure the successful execution of program objectives. + Establishes and maintains a data repository for project records and lessons learned + Occasional domestic travel (typically 10% maximum) may be required in support of customer objectives. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required. + Must have 15 or more years of experience related to leading or managing DoD and major systems or programs. + Must have 15 or more years of E-2/C-2 test and/or training experience. + An active DoD Top Secret security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications: + Test and training experience in E-2 systems, E-2 operations and mission. + Master’s degree in management or in a technical field is highly desired. + Knowledge of E-2C and/or E-2D systems. + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or comparable certification.
