Main Responsibilities:

Report to Senior Production Engineering Manager Ensures reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through pro-active (RCM) approach developing, updating and deploying the HACS into the EAM/CMMS as well as supporting the SPM program Initiates and drives maintenance processes to improve performance, reduce costs and optimise asset lifecycles. Steers and facilitates CI program based on TPM Owns the management of change & compliance process Lead the change to move to condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance

Knowledge and behaviours

English proficiency: intermediate / advanced University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance Min 5 years FMCG site experience as Maintenance or Reliability Engineer MOC and MDM experience Experience in driving continuous improvement Proven experience in working on complex projects and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners
