To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of E&BI Lead Brazil


Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management: Understand the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) risk landscape and collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks effectively. Maintain current knowledge of industry codes and applicable laws, coordinating with Legal on key updates and advising the business on necessary planning and remediation.
 

Risk Assessments: Conduct E&C risk assessments, keeping stakeholders informed of relevant risks and implementing remediation plans where needed.
 

Industry Engagement: Actively participate in local industry committees, driving key decisions and integrating best practices into the compliance approach.
 

Compliance Program: Partner with Area/Affiliates to enhance the compliance program, establishing an effective framework based on risk assessments and ensuring business leaders commit to high ethical standards.
 

Policy & Procedure Development: Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs, ensuring alignment with country-specific requirements.
 

Monitoring & Accountability: Implement monitoring plans, communicate results to leadership, and support investigations as needed. Partner with Internal Audit on compliance audits, maintaining independence and objectivity.
 

Third-Party Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for high-risk third parties, collaborating with relevant teams to minimize compliance risks.
 

Advisory & Guidance: Advise business partners on E&C matters, fostering innovative and ethical business initiatives.
 

Culture of Integrity: Engage leadership to reinforce a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law;

Strong experience in Compliance position;

Advanced English;

Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
