Summary: Provides on-line support for the Kool Burst Team by turning raw materials into plastic bottles for Kool-Aid Burst.
Essential duties and responsibilities:Starts up, shuts down, and operates Blow molding equipment, Conair system, extruders, blow molders, dressers, grinders, conveyors, and bulk resin handling systems. Tests, receives or rejects, and unloads bulk deliveries of plastic resin, which includes maneuvering on and around railcars, using platforms to check resin levels and blend systems. Diagnoses quality and mechanical issues, makes corrective adjustments/repairs, and advises technicians of issues when needed. Notifies Coordinator of issues (bearing changes and mold replacements). Conducts quality checks and records results on bottle weight, magnets, blow molder temperatures. Monitors and corrects bottle weights, bottle shape and inventory of resin levels. Maintains good housekeeping, and performs CIP`s and PM’s. Provides input toward team development and participates in Daily Directional Settings improvement meetings. Maintains Employee Food Safety Awareness. Follows Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Dress Code policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.
Prerequisite:Must have previous experience as Blowmold Operator or held the position of Blowmold Utility.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Understand and follow company and site policies and procedures on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hold Tags, HACCP, USDA, Foreign Objects, Safety and Security.
