This is a hybrid in office and remote position. This position request 3 days per week to be in the the Arcadia, Florida and the other two days remote. The Ecommerce Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing B2B ecommerce accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate and relevant content across platforms, and executing online ad campaigns. This role will work across multiple accounts, focusing on optimizing online sales performance, content management, and relationship building with key business clients. Key Responsibilities: B2B Account Management · Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B ecommerce accounts, ensuring customers’ needs are met and that their product listings are up-to-date and relevant. · Build strong relationships with key B2B customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations between sales, marketing, and product departments. Content Management · Ensure all content across company and retail websites is accurate, consistent, and optimized for SEO, providing a seamless customer experience. · Regularly update product descriptions, images, and other digital assets to ensure content is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines. · Work with the marketing team to ensure promotional content is current and aligns with broader marketing strategies. Online Advertising and Campaign Management · Develop and execute targeted online ad campaigns to promote products and increase visibility across B2B ecommerce platforms. · Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, display ads, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion. · Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies based on data to improve results. SEO and Performance Optimization · Work with SEO to implement SEO strategies to boost visibility for product pages and other digital content across B2B ecommerce platforms. · Track and analyze site performance and rankings, making adjustments as needed to stay competitive in the market. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure cutting-edge tactics are employed for search optimization. Sales and Metrics Analysis · Regularly track and report on ecommerce sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. · Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, and ROI for online ad campaigns. Customer Service and Support · Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve ecommerce-related issues promptly, ensuring positive customer experiences. · Implement feedback loops to continuously improve customer service and ecommerce processes. · Collaboration and Coordination: · Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align online activities with overall marketing campaigns and new product launches. · Coordinate with external vendors and partners to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize product listings across platforms. Requirements • Proven experience in managing B2B ecommerce accounts. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising. • Proficient in web analytics, content management systems, and ecommerce platforms. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
