E-Commerce Analyst

Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated E-Commerce Analyst to join our team based in Urbandale, Iowa, 50322-2008, United States. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with managing our online sales and driving customer conversion through data analytics. This role involves a significant amount of collaboration with our marketing team, with the goal of optimizing our e-commerce platform and driving online revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the functionality and performance of our e-commerce website
• Implement strategies to optimize the website for customer conversion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition
• Analyze online sales data to inform decision making and strategy development
• Manage vendor applications and maintain a vendor portal for all product information
• Utilize various data points on the website to make informed decisions
• Leverage your knowledge of CMS or Salesforce Commerce Cloud for site optimization
• Apply your understanding of backend development, content management system (CMS), CRM, and other relevant skills to improve online sales performance
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness
• Use data analytics to monitor and improve the customer relationship management process Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an E-Commerce Analyst role or similar.
• Proficient in Backend Development.
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is required.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in working with CRM.
• Familiarity with eBay and Facebook Insights.
• Proven experience in AB Testing and Advertisements.
• Strong understanding of Analytics and their application in eCommerce.
• Experience in building Brand Awareness and Campaign Planning.
• Expertise in CRM Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
• Broad knowledge of eCommerce practices and trends.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a must.
• Strong skills in Data Analytics.
• Experience in B2C Marketing.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics.
• Experience in Offline Marketing and Product Marketing is beneficial. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
