Position Purpose The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for processing eCommerce orders, managing tax-exempt customer requests, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will support fraud detection efforts, assist with product data management, and contribute to SEO optimization to enhance product visibility and website performance.  Compensation Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: • Process eCommerce site orders ensuring they are fulfilled and invoiced. • Handle all aspects of tax-exempt customer requests. • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with current and potential customers. • Perform fraud detection steps to help protect against fraud attempts. • Review and update product descriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO optimization. • Standardize and correct SKUs, links, and product categorization on the website. • Research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability. • Ensure product listings align with internal guidelines and branding. • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve website navigation and search functionality. • Perform quality checks to identify and fix any inconsistencies in product data. • Assist with additional tasks related to e-commerce operations as needed. • Assist with various marketing projects. • Other duties as assigned.   Qualifications  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital marketing or the equivalent combination of education and experience.   • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams.   Preferred Qualifications  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product descriptions and website content. • No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
