You will work closely with our team to understand and manage e-commerce accounts, create, and communicate promotions, and participate in joint business planning with platforms. This role offers a full understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, providing you with valuable skills and insights. **Your responsibilities** + **E-commerce Operations:** Learn about the day-to-day operations of e-commerce, including account management and promotion creation. + **Joint Business Planning** : Gain exposure to joint business planning with platforms, understanding how top-down and bottom-up numbers are constructed. + **Campaign Calendar Integration** : Learn how to integrate platform campaign calendars with brand calendars and align priorities. + **Digital Marketing** : Understand the consumer journey, various touchpoints, and methods to reach out to consumers. + **Social Media Research** : Conduct research on social media about brands and competition. + **Data Analysis** : Perform data analysis to find business insights and conduct cost-benefit analysis. **The experience we're looking for** + **Final year MBA student** . + Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship. + Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of finance. + Proficiency in Excel and mathematics. + Passion for learning new skills in e-commerce. **The skills for success** Work under pressure, Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills stakeholder management, organised. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
