Responsibilities The E-Commerce Intern assists in various aspects of managing and promoting an online store, gaining practical experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing strategies. Assist in creating and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform. Support digital marketing efforts, including social media posts and email campaigns. Help with customer inquiries and order fulfillment processes. Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors. Assist in monitoring website analytics and preparing reports on performance. Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to improve search engine visibility. Provide general administrative support to the e-commerce team. Collaborate with team members from marketing, sales, and logistics on various projects. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
