You'll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.

Responsibilities of the role

For consumer accounts, this involves making recommendations on assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior. Some of your responsibilities would include:

Translate Business Plans into actionable selling stories for the customerDesign and operate platform strategy with multi-functions and Agency partnersDemonstrate familiarity with online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plansDevelop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial goalsUse analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights

Job Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales/marketing would be advantageous. Candidates with more than 5 years of total working experience are not encouraged to apply as this is an entry level positionDemonstrates strong financial understanding and the ability to make informed decisionsConsumer orientationPassion for winning, dare to speak upDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability while working independently, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any majorMust have strong leadership skillsMust have demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solvingMust have strong written and verbal communicationsMust have be proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
