E-commerce Lead - Temporary contract

Job Description

As the E-commerce Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to digital growth by optimizing the online shopping experience. Manage daily planning and execution of product exposure on our website and app. Analyze trends, customer behavior, and inventory to ensure strong commercial performance and brand perception. Collaborate with Omni Merchandising and Marketing teams to drive sales and deliver a seamless, relevant shopping journey.

Key responsibilities:

Secure and drive publishing of content in line with daily commercial customer plan as well as ad hoc adjustments as needed to secure optimal performance.Execution and optimisation of product ranking based on analysis and understanding of current trends, customer behaviour, and inventory availability as well as commercial packs.Optimisation of navigational entries based on performance and customer behaviour & internal search including addition of synonyms and creation of relevant search landing pages. Execution of deals & discount activities, optimization of execution through content publishing and exposure tactics.Extract data using Sequel (SQL) and translate those into actionable insights and hypotheses.  Work closely with Experience Leads to secure overall digital experience that optimized for overall growth and brand perception.  Provide insights and feedback to regional Omni Merch team to guide product strategy and to regional Custome Activation & Marketing team to guide customer strategy.  Work together with Experience Lead and Customer Activation & Marketing team to align campaigns and activations to capitalize on recent trends and insights.  

Qualifications

To be successful as an E-commerce Lead, you must be data-driven, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. As a person, we believe you are proactive, curious and innovative approach to problem solving with a constant improvement mindset.

What you need to succeed:

2+ years of fashion retail eCommerce experience, driving commercial success through product and customer experience collaboration.In-depth understanding of the digital ecosystem and its synergies within eCommerce.Strong knowledge of fashion retail, regional market trends, and consumer preferences.Analytical proficiency in interpreting sales, search trends, and web analytics to optimize product exposure.Proficient in site merchandising to enhance online customer experience.Expertise in eCommerce platforms and content management systems.Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams, including fluent English.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based on one-year contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. E-commerce Lead reports to the E-commerce Commercial Manager and is a part of Ecom. Commercial Department.
