This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo Division. Meet Lingo, a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.
The E-commerce Manager will oversee our online sales and presence, managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring our digital storefront delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets revenue goals.
What You’ll Work On
Support and implement e-commerce strategies to drive both short-term sales and long-term growth.Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce site, ensuring content is up-to-date, products are accurately listed, and site performance is optimized.Regularly update online merchandising, promotions, and pricing to stay competitive.Enhance the online customer journey, focusing on seamless navigation, secure transactions, and optimized device compatibility.Coordinate with the marketing team to execute effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and abandonment rates.Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive the salesStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms – architecture, infrastructure as well as tech stack (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and digital marketing.Proficient in Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management SystemsPreferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred.Understanding of larger macro trends happening in the ecommerce industryUnderstanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce best practices.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Apply Now

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
