The incumbent shall strive to make Vaxikart the partner of choice for wholesalers to list and sell vaccines by building strong, seamless processes that simplify operations for Vaccine Wholesaler Distributors (VWDs). Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Wholesaler Management Systems Spearhead the creation and optimization of a comprehensive wholesaler management system to support smooth and efficient vaccine transactions. Ensure timely credit note settlements and enforce best practices to ensure wholesalers adhere to operational timelines. Lead initiatives to streamline order acceptance, invoice uploads, and payment processes to enhance transaction accuracy. 2. Lead Technology Integration Champion the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions to facilitate seamless order management and invoice processing across the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech and development, to improve operational processes and optimize the wholesaler experience. 3. Drive Category Management Excellence Partner with brand and marketing teams to define and execute strategies that ensure optimal SKU assortment and product offerings. Implement and fine-tune discounting strategies that boost user engagement, sales volume, and platform adoption among wholesalers. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on category performance, driving data-backed decisions to enhance business growth. 4. Build and Maintain Strong Stakeholder Relationships Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key wholesalers, ensuring mutual trust, collaboration, and long-term success. Conduct thorough management monitoring to prevent fraudulent activities and uphold compliance across all e-commerce transactions. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across departments. 5. Champion Continuous Process Improvement Lead the continuous evaluation of operational processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices across all functions. Introduce innovative solutions to drive scalable and sustainable growth while improving the end-to-end user experience on Vaxikart. Qualifications & Experience: 5-7 years of experience across e-commerce, category management, or related fields, preferably in pharma or healthcare. Expertise in wholesaler management and the ability to create systems that drive operational excellence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on data-driven results. Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders, driving process improvements, and delivering on complex projects. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools (experience with pharma-specific platforms is a plus). Experience managing tech integration projects, ideally in an e-commerce environment. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse large datasets and extract actionable insights. Negotiation and relationship management skills, with an aptitude for building long-lasting partnerships.
