Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Manager for the Brick leads the Email Marketing and Content Merchandising Teams, works closely with the Ecommerce Team to develop strong email marketing programs, product content, web editorial content, coordinate promotions, and manage the QA process.
The ideal candidate is a leader, a natural problem solver, has excellent attention to detail, a data-first mindset and leverages Web Analytics to help provide insights and reporting, has solid experience driving & developing online and in-store sales, managing Email marketing programs, experience with QA & UAT, and optimizing digital operations to improve communication and campaign execution between cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities Collaborates with the other Ecommerce Teams, Marketing Team, Creative Services Team, Buying Teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectivesLead & coordinate the Promotions & QA efforts with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed as scheduled.Develop & implement QA & UAT plans to ensure email campaigns, websites, landing pages, banners, links, images and functionality are executed pre and post launch as planned.Cross-browser testing, verify that promotions are mobile-friendlyAccessibility testing, checking for compliance with accessibility standards to accommodate users with disabilities.Lead Web Content & Image Assets Teams in coordinating product content updates, romance copy, copywriting for landing pages while focusing on the accuracy and quality of the content of the website.Ensures all content-related material is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Team, Buying Team, Vendors and other internal teams to enhance overall catalog effectiveness.Use data analytics to drive sales from the entire customer journey on the website to enhance the shopping experience and increase revenue.Focuses on the visual presentation of products to create an appealing and user-friendly shopping experience.Lead the Email Marketing Team, develop their skills and improve overall performance of the Email Marketing program.Develop targeted email marketing strategies and campaigns to increase subscriber lists, segment customer lists and personalized emails for different segments.Implement automated email workflows.Map out customer journeys and design email content that aligns with different stages that provide value at each touchpoint.Strong attention to detail to ensure emails contain accurate information, follow a QA process and send emails on time as scheduled.A data-first mindset and continuously test subject lines, content and CTA to optimize open rates, CTR and conversions.Stay up to date with Ecommerce. SEO and Email Marketing industry best practices.
Other Responsibilities:
Lead Data Analytics and create regular reports about the Ecommerce business.Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign briefs that establish our promotional activities and messaging. Work with designers, writers, editors and other creative staff to produce marketing collateral in accordance with company and brand standards.Other related duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are your main strengths – you prefer to over communicate and follow up than leave it to chance. Previous project management experience - leading a process and team from start to finish on projects.A quick learner. The ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience.Experience in written communication including previous involvement with reviewing advertising materials and proofing. Highly effective time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines.Superior organizational skills.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.Experience working with Email marketing programs such as Listrak, Klayvio, Mailchimp.Experience working with Photoshop.Experience with HTML, CSS.Experience with Workfront or other Project Management Tools.
