Description Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Shops align with brand guidelines, optimize sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with website development, editorial, and other cross-functional teams to drive impactful results. Responsibilities: + Manage site maintenance processes, including homepage updates, collections, and promotional materials. + Organize and categorize products effectively using merchandising rules to enhance visibility and user experience. + Partner with Category Management and Editorial teams to curate products for online promotions and campaigns. + Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, and Editorial teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies. + Execute promotions and generate performance reports to evaluate their success. + Attend weekly merchandising meetings to align on strategies and updates. + Track and analyze weekly reports on product performance, category trends, and site search metrics. + Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify improvement opportunities. + Gain proficiency in the VTEX platform for site operations and management. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising or a related field. + Strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail. + Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and editorial. + Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive decisions. + Familiarity with the VTEX platform is a plus.
