What you will do: Beacon Building Products is seeking an eCommerce Partnership Manager focusing on Beacon’s digital sales & marketing initiatives. This position will report to the Director of eCommerce Strategy & Business Operations. The position is fully remote with up to 50% travel. The eCommerce Partnership Manager will be a highly visible and critical role supporting business development and marketing efforts for Beacon’s ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding new ecommerce partnerships as well as managing existing partnerships. The role will define key performance objectives and manage marketing and technology programs that drive meaningful customer revenue, profitability, and retention. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, collaborative, and understand the fundamentals of ecommerce. This role will operate with a high degree of autonomy and will be expected to represent Beacon’s brand and values when building relationships in the industry. Responsibilities: Build Relationships with New Partners Identify new partners by gaining a deep understanding of our ecosystem, attending industry events, and talking to customers. Work with product owner to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners are supported Develop shared customer launch plans focused on helping customers drive awareness of new partners Maximize Existing Partnerships Work with our partners and internal sales and marketing teams to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics Support quarterly digital roadmap development, including development of business cases to influence partners’ roadmaps Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events Listen for customer experience feedback on partnership Additional Support internal stakeholders with co-selling tools Be flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks while team is rapidly growing What you will bring: 7-12 years of SaaS or ecommerce business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results 5+ years in building materials or related industry Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and professionalism Ability to employ analytics to set shared goals Advanced experience with excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.) Advanced experience with PowerPoint Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Up to 50% travel may be required (Industry or partner events) Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, marketing, or related fields
