The PositionJob Summary职位概述:
Understand the business goals of annual e-Commerce/ Retail strategy. Work closely with sales and brand marketing team to develop annual channel plan and tactics that in line with divisional set direction. Ensure programs are delivered on time, according to expectations and within budget. Prepare ROI analysis for each key campaign with key learnings & next steps.
Work closely with sales and distributors / customers in keeping pace with e-Commerce/ Retail landscape development. Identify emerging social e-Commerce/ Retail opportunities and drive effective promotional plans to tap growth.
Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to enhance content and social media / digital-based projects.
Co-operate with brand marketing team in formulating brand strategy and new product concept generation by sharing customers and end consumer insights and trends.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
Develop annual E-commerce/ Retail channel plan and ensure programs’ KPI are delivered Propose annual resources (price, margin, rebate, etc.) allocation. Set Account KPIs & scorecard Sets up customer business tracking systems, including monthly sales, distribution coverage, expense status & ROI, productivity by customer, competition situation, the pricing stability, account P&L; generate revised initiatives & customized programs to continue the success in customer satisfactions. Works proactively with marketing team on campaign developments, and, leverage with professional activities in HCP channel, to ensure brand image enhancement with high-quality execution- Possesses sound marketing concepts and provides inputs on overall strategic and organization issues; share best practice of E-customer to the organization. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
Major of Medical, Pharmacy and equivalent is preferred
Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skill, both internal and external.
Excellent ability of issue analysis and solving.
Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Well-developed networking ability.
Ability of innovation, proficient skill of team management.
Experience工作经验:
At least 8 years’ experience of E-commerce/ Retail operation position in multi-international Pharmaceuticals company.
