Job Descriptions: Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Team Leader with experience in the electrical and instrumentation systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the chemical industry, and 3 years of people management experience. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication within our multinational team. The role will lead the electrical and instrumentation maintenance workforce to ensure facility and operation reliability through effective maintenance and implement projects within our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the E&I workforce to conduct regular inspections and assessments on plant-wide electrical and instrumentation system and execute effective maintenance to ensure excellent reliability. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Technical Expertise: Provide technical direction and expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Collaboration: Coordinate with production team, other engineering disciplines, and any other stakeholder to ensure reliable performance of electrical and instrumentation system and the seamless integration of E&I systems into overall project plans.Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on electrical and instrumentation systems, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the chemical industry, and at least 3 years of people management experience.Excellent problem-solving skills.Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication within our multinational team.
