**E&I Technician - Urgently Hiring** **Job Description** Troubleshoot, assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain medium and low voltage electrical wiring, equipment, and systems. Repair malfunctioning equipment. Read and interpret medium and low voltage electrical circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Provide complete installation parts and material lists required for project installations. Complete equipment installations timely and efficiently, meeting project specifications and deadlines. Install wiring for medium and low voltage systems using hand tools, power tools, and specifications. Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems. Install, wire, and program variable frequency drives; wire motors to high and low voltage. Install photo sensors, limit switches, and wire to programmable logic controller systems. Install encoders used on conveyors and other automated equipment. **Hard Skills** + Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs + Connecting to networks + Specific Allen Bradley experience **Job Type** Direct Placement - Long term career **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Florence, South Carolina. **Work Environment** The majority of the plant is climate-controlled and maintains a clean environment. Shift hours: 1st shift: 5:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday; 2nd shift: 2:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday (priority); 3rd shift: 11:00pm-8:30am Monday-Friday. 5 hours of overtime is built in as a standard weekly schedule. Employees have 1 day off during the week and every other weekend off, with varying days off.
