**Job Title: E/I Technician** **Job Description** As an E/I Technician, you will perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of premature failures, offer solutions, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. You will utilize work processes and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document findings and initiate corrective actions. Additionally, you will participate in reliability-focused design changes that reduce waste and improve asset/equipment performance. You will ensure the proper operation and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation system components including transmitters, actuators, controllers, motor and drive systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and distributed control systems (DCS) for process control. There is significant opportunity for internal growth into supervisor/lead roles and pay progression. **Work Environment** You will work in an indoor/outdoor non-climate controlled facility with brand new machines. Training will be on the day shift from 6am-4:30/5pm for up to one year, then moving to a 12-hour rotating shift between day/night. You will have 15 days off a month due to the schedule, working 40-50 hours a week with available overtime.
