Job Description Requirements  1+ yrs of experience designing and developing E-Learning Content, to include how to use systems and technological tools. (flexible with someone that has been doing this for at least 6 months).  Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Captivate.  Ability to consistently meet deadlines, high attention to detail, and possess strong analytical skills.  Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at an Advanced level in a business environment.  Ability to work a flexible schedule, extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends as needed.
