Responsible for operation, repair, maintenance, modifications & upgradations of civil structures, buildings, canopies, finishes, interiors, washrooms, PHE, FPS, PNG, water supply system, storm water drains, sewage system, fencing, compound walls, roads & pavements etc. Responsible for Operation, repair, maintenance, modifications & upgradations of HT/LT power supply, MEP, VHT, HVAC, FAS, PA & Security installations. Assist Section Head to set and achieve the organizational goals. Prioritize assigned tasks & open to take additional responsibilities as per the requirement. Assure Service Quality requirements are proactively planned, executed and maintained. Provide required support to all the stakeholders & ensure proper coordination with them. Ensure regular inspection, testing & monitoring of all E&M installations, analyze its data / trend & take timely corrective actions to maintain it in healthy condition. Mapping of PM in SAP & PPM implementation strictly adhering to standard checklists. Ensure all maintenance activities (Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown) are completed in a timely manner and as per industry standards. Attend breakdowns & ensure timely closure of all complaints. Analyze breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and align strategy to minimize its recurrence. Maintain optimum serviceability of all related E&M installations. Timely update & maintain all records of assets, spares, data, log entries, drawings, PPM, serviceability, breakdowns, meter readings, consumptions, complaints, incidents, audits, ATRs, expenses etc. Regular monitoring of energy & water consumption. Implementation of energy & water conservation initiatives. Process electricity & water bills and ensure its payment is made on time. Ensure timely disposal of all related scrap material adopting standard disposal practice. Monitor & maintain stock of all required critical items / spares Supervise & manage contractual works & ensure compliance to agreed SLAs. Prepare proposals based on actual site study including BOQ, drawings & relevant documents. Create material & service codes in SAP. Make service entries and process vendor bills. Ensure compliance to all applicable standards, statutory requirements, standard practices, SOPs, OEM recommendations, safety norms, safety procedures, security guidelines, agreed clauses, compliance/audit requirements, corporate policies, procedures and processes Develop systems, processes and procedures to ensure safety of stakeholders, plants, machineries and property. Promote safety culture, hazard identification & its mitigation. Participate in team development activities and training programs.

Educational Qualification:
Degree in Engineering /science/ or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical from an institute recognized by UGC/ AICTE
Optional -Post Graduate in Management
 

Essential:
10-15 years of experience in Aviation / Hospitality industry

Shop floor maintenance activity, Planning & designing of improved system.
