As part of the Global Project Controls & Assurance team, the Lead Estimator is responsible to lead the Front-end Estimation of Capital Projects in Feasibility & Concept stages within our global Innovative Medicine and Med-Tech sectors. Candidate must have experience to produce top-down/factored/statistical estimates as well as hybrid bottom-up/detailed/mechanical estimates when design information becomes available. The Lead Estimator will need to have extensive knowledge of electronic measurement & take-offs of CAD/PDF drawings, site set-up, and logistics, market rates for key sub-contract trades, location factors, principal risks, facilities & IT equipment, equipment install, application of indirect cost additions for different project types, and design development vs design level.
