E2E Test Manager

Job Title: E2E Test Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Test manager with min. 10 years of experience in E2E test to verify the flow of information through the UAT. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in understanding the E2E flow and architecture of system. He should have experience in automation test tools like Selenium, BDD Cucumber .This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking software products, directly impacting our mission to revolutionize the banking experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Web and App (IOS/Android) E2E Tester is a must. He must have Agile and Azure Devops experince with creating Sprint, tasks. Also knowledge of burndowndown chart is must. E2E tester will have to verify the flow of information through the UAT, including all possible paths and dependencies. If there is an issue in any “touchpoint” between software components and/or subsystems, E2E tester should easily locate the root cause and troubleshoot immediately. E2E tester will have to achieve the highest level of coverage with E2E testing. All subsystems or components of the application, such as the user interface, application server, database, as well as any external systems that the application may interact with, should undergo E2E testing. Understand the business requirements, functional analysis and change tasks Create test plan and design test cases. Create and execute automated tests using standard ING Tooling Conduct peer reviews for tests, test cases, automation scripts Update and maintain the integration and regression test plans Report, record, escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs. Contribute together with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process. Provide support for production

Essential Skills:

Strong functional knowledge of financial applications and products . Must have E2E Experience Must have Test manager experience to involve with different stakeholders Must have knowledge of generating Release note Experience with the Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Azure boards way of working. Linux and Windows knowledge. Good writing and speaking skills in English. Experience in Selenium, Java, Cucmber Experience with the implementation of financial software packages. Experience in a business environment, able to translate business/process requirements to system requirements, business rules and product configuration

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with service virtualization (e.g. Parasoft Virtualize) Linux / windows operations and automation skills Experience with DevOps (monitoring of production, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana), alerting. Experience with security monitoring Middleware skills – experience: Windows IIS configuration Kerberos and NTLM authentication
